Pixel Links 0.4.0 is rolling out
Version 0.4.0 started rolling out on Google Play on October 25, 2026. Play can take a day or more to reach every phone. Here is what changed.
A new look for every screen, in a new pixel font.
Classic is one numbered climb that never ends: 4,500 boards, then earlier boards come back, turned. Players' Classic clears carry over: they continue at the next board.
Classic adjusts to how you play: clear boards fast and harder boards turn up; find them hard and gentler ones do. It happens quietly; the board numbers keep counting.
Challenge, a new mode: chapter 1 has 8 stages, each with its own rule.
Daily has a rule of its own: hit a line, a dot or a crate and all your lines go. Draw again — there is no lose screen.
Line styles to earn: FACES (finish Challenge chapter 1), GEMS (solve 1,000 Classic boards), HEARTS (solve the Daily on 30 different days). No streaks, nothing resets, nothing for sale.
Hall of Fame is now a picture gallery: one picture for each Challenge chapter you finish.
Removed: trophies (earned ones too), Endless and the chapter maps.
Remove Ads stays with everyone who bought it.
