What changed since launch

In its first two weeks after going public on September 18, Pixel Links had two updates. Neither adds anything new to play. Both fix something that was unfair to the person playing.

0.3.3 — what you paid for stays paid for

Remove Ads now restores itself after a reinstall or on a new phone signed into the same Google account, and the Restore button really asks Google. We found this during a real-purchase check on launch day. If it ever caught you out, updating gives you back what you paid for.

A hint ad that fails to play no longer counts as a hint you used.

0.3.4 — a skip in Endless counts

In Endless, skipping a board after watching the ad now counts: the run counter moves on, your run total and best are recorded, and the board you skipped can no longer sneak back into your run. You sat through the whole ad; the run should say so. We spotted it in our own play and sent the fix to Google Play the same day.
